It is now possible for YOU to set up your own library account to allow you to reserve and renew library materials online!

Follow these easy steps to set up your account ...

Account Set-up Instructions:

Step 1)  Go to the library webpage: http://www.gaylordlibrary.org/

Step 2)  Click the yellow 'Catalog' button located on the left of the screen.

Step 3)  Click on 'Destiny Catalog'

Step 4)  Click on 'Gaylord Memorial Library'

Step 5)  Click on the white 'Create Account' button, located in the top right of the screen.

Step 6)  Enter your last name and barcode number (found on your library card) into the correct boxes. 

Step 7)  Check that your last name and barcode number are correct, and click 'Next'

Step 8)  Create a unique username, and password that you will remember!

Step 9)  Once you have entered you username, password, and confirmed your password, click 'Save'

This will take you to your Gaylord Memorial Library account.

Don't forget to write down your username and passwod!

Renewing Library Materials:

Step 1)  Click on the 'My Info' button at the top of the screen. 

This will show all of the materials that you have checked out, the due dates for each item, any fines that you may have accumulated, and any books that you may have reserved.

Step 2)  Select the 'Renew' button next to the item you wish to renew.

You have now renewed the item, and should note down the new due date!

Reserving Library Materials:

Step 1) Click on the 'Catalog' button at the top of the screen.

Step 2) Search for the library material you wish to reserve.

Step 3) Click on to the 'Details' button next to the item you wish to reserve.

Step 4) Click on the 'Hold It' button on the right side of the screen.

You have now placed the book on hold. 

Please collect the book by the requested date, or if the books is currently checked out, a library volunteer will notify you when it has been returned!
